The prohibition of marijuana is like the prohibition of alcohol = good for criminals, bad for the public
“Prohibition will work great injury to the cause of temperance. It is a species of intemperance within itself, for it attempts to control a man’s appetite by legislation and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. Please join us in ending the hyper-violence in Mexico and the failed US “War on Drugs”
I’ve recently (January 2013) been working with Movimiento por la Paz con Justicia y Dignidad (MPJD) in Mexico City, meeting with fellow peace and justice activists and making important connections with peoples in Mexico, as well with peoples from the US and Canada, during MPJD’s recent 2013 Binacional Encuentro (January 25-27, 2013).
We’re all working together in order to stop the drug war hyper-violence in Mexico, as well as the drug war related violence in the US and we need your help….
