The seven deadly sins

The Contrary Virtues were derived from the Psychomachia (“Battle for the Soul”), an epic poem written by Prudentius (c. 410). Practicing these virtues is alledged to protect one against temptation toward the Seven Deadly Sins: humility against pride, kindness against envy, abstinence against gluttony, chastity against lust, patience against anger, liberality against greed, and diligence against sloth. Is Angelina Jolie shilling for genetic bulldozers and psychotropic shopping malls?

“Certainly preemptively lopping off your breasts and changing your odds of getting breast cancer from 87% to 5% must feel like control. I don’t know that it’s brave but it is certainly human and understandable. But something else could easily come around the corner tomorrow and turn her world to rubble. I mean, it would be nice if life’s struggles and tragedies would all announce their likelihood in a medical test but that generally isn’t how it works… Angelina Jolie is a pretty big smoker, too, by the way.” Continue reading

Virtually everything we’re taught about cosmology and evolution is wrong

The origins of the universe and life on earth are mysteries, yet modern science, in order to jettison God from our world, insists on providing pseudoscientific explanation for both of these, asserting these “explanations” as “facts”, and hiding the truth: science has no answers, other than mystical ones, which require faith to believe in, that are not scientific but religious… Continue reading

STATEMENT ON THE KERMIT GOSNELL VERDICT

“Let this case serve as a warning to other abortionists who defy the law. None of them are immune from prosecution. We encourage abortionists around the nation, many of whom we know to be breaking the law, to get out of the abortion business now, before the authorities come for them and they share Gosnell’s fate” Continue reading

“O brave new world, that has such people in it!”

As I said in my book “The World Perceived” it doesn’t take much imagination to realize that if one can create an entire computer virtual world using a simple binary code of “1” and “0” God could certainly create the physical world using a simple code of “A”, “C”, “G”, “T” (= adenine, cytosine, guanine, and thymine). Likewise, scientists are doing the same thing. The question is “Do we have the wisdom needed to do this?” Continue reading

World War 3 = NATO on the Offensive: 1994 – Present

“Washington DC, 4th April 1949 – The Parties to this [NATO] Treaty reaffirm their faith in the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and their desire to live in peace with all peoples and all governments.

“They are determined to safeguard the freedom, common heritage and civilisation of their peoples, founded on the principles of democracy, individual liberty and the rule of law.” Continue reading

Those against the regime must be mentally ill, and disarmed?

Those against the regime must be mentally ill, and disarmed? “Socialist ideology is focused on the establishment of the ideal society, where all are equal and all will be happy, and thus, those who are against it must be mad.” … Continue reading

The Boston Bombing – A Staged Event?

Instead of peoples searching for minor details in the photos and videos of the Boston bombing, which might appear to represent it as a staged event, I think peoples should look at the overwhelming evidence in the photos and videos, which appear to represent, – in great detail – scenes of very real explosions and very real victims…. Critiquing the Boston Lockdown: The SWAT Goons Meet Sheriff Andy Taylor

During the recent Boston Lockdown, we saw Watertown swarming – not with police officers but – with soldiers. And these soldiers, like Barney Fife, were needlessly endangering – as opposed to protecting – the public by needlessly pointing loaded weapons at hundreds of innocent peoples, while supposedly searching for one, lone man. These soldiers were protecting themselves, not the public. They were endangering the public… Continue reading

The national breakdown of rational and moral argument

Peoples today, especially university professors [my friend excluded], are not rational. In the universities, irrationality is praised, because they favor of deconstruction and postmodernism, contra The Enlightenment assumptions of reason and universally applicable moral standards.

Due to the intentional dumbing down of American school children over a period of many years many (most?) peoples are, in fact, quite incapable of reason, and wouldn’t know a valid rational argument if one bit them on the ass… Continue reading
